Pasta Chicken 2.0

Ingredients:

Grilled Chicken

2 - 3 Chicken Breasts
to taste Salt & Pepper

Pasta

1 lb Rigatoni
1 pot Water

the 2.0 part

1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Spinach
3 cloves Garlic
to taste Salt & Pepper
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Graded Piccolo Romano Cheese

Steps:

Grilled Chicken

1. Preheat grill to medium high heat
2. Fillet chicken breasts into thirds
3. Place chicken on grill, salt and pepper. Cook for about 7 - 9 minutes and flip to continue cooking the other side for an additional 7 - 9 minutes.

Pasta

1. Cook your favorite rigatoni following the instructions on the box.

1. Warm up a thin layer of olive oil in a frying pan. Cube grilled chicken and mince garlic.
2. Place grilled chicken, broccoli, garlic, salt and pepper in frying pan. Cook until broccoli is cooked.
3. Once your pasta and broccoli are done cooking, place every thing in your drained pasta pot and add uncooked spinach and olive oil. Mix together.
4. Plate and top with piccolo romano cheese.
