Preheat oven at 350˚
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place bacon on sheet in a single layer not overlapping.
Thin-cut bacon will typically bake for 12 minutes. If you want it extra crispy, you can let it bake a little longer, but keep a close eye on it.
Thicker bacon will take 14 to 20 minutes, depending upon your thickness and how crisp you would like it to be.
There is no need to flip. Bacon will be evenly cooked. Keep an eye on it for the last few minutes to achieve desired crispness.
