Low carb Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
175g
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
85g
Almond Flour
2 tbs
Cream Cheese
1 heaped teaspoon
Lazy Garlic
1
Egg
Pinch
Salt
Tablespoon
Dried Parsley
1 level teaspoon
Baking Powder
Steps:
1.
Preheat over to 200 ˚C
2.
Grease a baking tray
3.
Mix all ingredients except the egg in a microwaveable bowl for 1 minute
4.
Stir well and microwave for 30 seconds
5.
Add the egg and mix
6.
Tip out onto baking tray and press into flat bread shape
7.
Score dough into breadstick
8.
Sprinkle a little more mozzarella on top
9.
Put in the oven for 10mins
