Clams and Spaghetti

Ingredients:
For a White Sauce
1 big clove
fresh garlic
coat pan
olive oil
2 Tbsp
parsley
1/4 cup
burgundy cooking wine
1 can
chicken broth
2 cans
whole clams
1 can
chopped clams
1 can
minced clams
pinch
salt
pinch
pepper
1 lb
spaghetti
For a Red Sauce
No
chicken broth
1 can - 14.5 oz
diced tomatoes with basil garlic and oregano
Steps:
For a White Sauce
1.
In sauta pan, lightly brown garlic in oil.

Add salt, pepper, parsley, burgundy cooking wine, chicken broth and clams to garlic and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook spaghetti.
For a Red Sauce
1.
Replace the chicken broth from White Sauce recipe with diced tomatoes.
