Steamed Green Beans with Pine Nuts and Lemon

Ingredients:

4 oz green beans
1 tsp pine nuts
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp olive oil
pinch salt
pinch pepper

Steps:

1.

Steam green beans for 3-4 minutes until just tender.

2.

Add zest of lemon, oil, pine nuts, salt and pepper and serve.

3.

Perfect with fish, chicken or beef dishes.
