Baked Chicken Thighs Toped with Cheese
An easy yet delicious recipe for crispy baked chicken thighs.
Preheat oven to 425˚.
Prep your baking pan with a heavy coat of pam. Place chicken in pan skin up, single layer and a bit of space between. Season lightly with salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, basil and garlic powder.
Bake until internal temperature reaches 165˚ - 185˚. About 45 minutes to a hour. Once temperature is reached, place a piece of cheese on top of each thigh and return to oven until cheese melts. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
