"THE PORK CHOPS"
Double battered, fried in olive oil and butter... The best pork chops you will ever eat. This will make 4-5 chops.
Ingredients:
Steps:
Pre-heat pan to a medium low. While pan is heating up, mix your bread crumb, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper in one bowl and your egg and tobacco sauce in another.
After ingredients are mixed and pan is hot, coat the bottom of the pan with the olive oil and butter. Grab a pork chop and dip in egg mix, then bread crumb mix, then back in the egg mix and back in the bread crumb mix to give your chop a nice heavy double batter. Place chop in pan and fry until bottom is a nice dark brown, not burnt, color and flip to continue cooking the other side.
Tips:
I usually spin my chops 180° in my pan, half way through cooking one side, to evenly cook that side. Then flip my chop to cook the other side.
Also, don't be afraid of the hot sauce. This will add tons of flavor and very little heat. My boys eat these with no trouble.
