Ingredients:
4 - 6
chicken thigh with bone
3 tb
olive oil
4 cloves
garlic chopped
3 tb
oregano
1/4 cup
red wine vinager
1 28oz can
crushed tomato
Steps:
1.
brown chicken with skin on in oil in a deep pot
2.
add garlic to chicken and lightly brown
3.
add oregano, tomato and vinegar
4.
simmer for 1 hour or until chicken starts to break from bone. Top it off with some snips of fresh parsley, serve with a side of homemade mashed potatoes, enjoy
