Marinara Sauce


1 large can Crushed Tomatoes with Basil
1 small can Tomato Paste
4-5 table spoons Parsley
1 table spoon Oregano
1 table spoon Basil
1 table spoon Bay Leaf
1 clove Garlic
3 table spoons Olive Oil


1. Place olive oil in medium sauce pan on medium low heat. Mince garlic, place in pan and slightly brown. Do not over brown or sauce will have a burnt taste to it.
2. After garlic is slightly browned, add tomato paste to pan and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes continuously stirring the entire time.
3. Next add the crushed tomatoes and spices. Reduce heat to low and place lid slightly ajar so moisture can escape. Stirring occasionally. Allow to simmer for about 7 minutes.
