Stuffed Mini Peppers 2 Ways

Description:

Ingredients:

Peppers

2 lbs sweet mini peppers for each batch of filling

Sausage filling

1 lb bulk sausage, browned and drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 stalks celery, diced
2 green onions, diced

Bacon Jalapeno filling

16 oz cream cheese, softened
3 jalapenos, diced
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

1. In a medium bowl, mix the ingredients of your chosen filling together until well combined.
2. Cut the tops off the peppers and clean out the seeds.
3. Stuff the peppers with your filling. Chill until ready to serve.
