Eggnog Cookies

Perfect for your next holiday cookie exchange. Makes 45 cookies.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups
all purpose flour
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoons
ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons
ground nutmeg
1 1/4 cups
granulated white sugar
3/4 cups (1 1/2 sticks)
salted butter
1/2 cups
eggong
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
large egg yolks
Steps:

Preheat oven to 300˚F

In small bowl whisk the flour, baking powder and cinnamon together.

In large bowl use electric mixer to combine sugar and butter. Add the remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth. Mix in dry ingredients and beat on low speed just until blended.
4.
Drop by tablespoon, onto ungreased baking sheet, 1 inch apart. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
5.
Bake 18 - 19 minutes or until the bottoms turn light brown. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
